Problem Note 38028: An error occurs when you update contact history while running multiple
campaigns concurrently against the SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server®
The publishing process fails with the following error message
when you update the contact history:
ERROR: MEMBER lock is not available for
MAREPORT.CI_CELL_PACKAGE_TREATMENT_CNT.DATA, lock held by process N/A
The error occurs because the stored process that is used to update contact- and response-history tables calls macros that use UPDATE statements, instead of MODIFY statements, to change the CI_CELL_PACKAGE_TREAMENT_CNT table.
