A syntax error may occur when running a query with a filter after migrating the project to SAS Enterprise Guide 4.2. This will most likely occur when the filter contains a reference to a parameter prompt.
To attempt to circumvent the problem, open the query and edit the filter and select the option 'Generate filter for a prompt value (only applies to prompt types)', then run the query.
