When you connect to the Oracle database from SAS 9.2 with an Oracle 11g client on a supported UNIX platform, you receive an error message similar to the following:
ERROR: The SAS/ACCESS Interface to ORACLE cannot be loaded. ERROR: Image SASORA found but not loadable. ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.
SAS 9.2 does not provide a sasora module that is linked to an Oracle 11g client. The error occurs if you use the sasora module that is linked to Oracle 10 with an Oracle 11g client.
