Problem Note 37596: "javax.servlet.jsp.JspException...Broken pipe" error when using SAS® Enterprise Case Management with the WebLogic application server
If you use the WebLogic application server to host SAS Enterprise Case Management, an error message like this might appear:
EXCEPTION
Can't insert page '/shell/tiles/footer.jsp' : Broken pipe
javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: Can't insert page '/shell/tiles/footer.jsp' : Broken pipe
This error occurs when you stop loading a page in your web browser, and also when you leave a page before it has finished loading. You can ignore the error. The error does not indicate there is a problem with your system.
To work around this error, consult your WebLogic documentation for information about how to filter out error messages.
