Problem Note 37555: A java.lang.IllegalStateException error message displays when you clear the metadata cache

If you clear the metadata cache while a diagram that contains calculated items is open, then on the next load of the information map an immutable exception error similar to the following displays in the macore log:

As a result, you are unable to open or create campaigns, and the SAS® Customer Intelligence plug-ins for SAS® Management Console are inaccessible.
The only workaround is to restart the Web server.
