Problem Note 37441: The text in the risk description field is truncated when you save a risk from the Accept/Respond page if the field contains double quotes

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

When you save a risk from the Accept/Respond page in SAS® OpRisk Monitor, if the text in the risk description field contains double quotes, the text truncates at the point of the first double quote.

Here is an example:

  1. Create or edit a risk instance and add a double quote in the risk description.
  2. Create an assessment and select the risk from step 1.
  3. Take the assessment up to the Accept/Respond stage.
  4. Click the risk from the Accept/Respond page. Immediately click Save.

Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
