Problem Note 37436: Not all issues associated with a risk instance are displayed, depending on how the risk is viewed

On the Risk page in SAS® OpRisk Monitor, some issues that are associated with a risk instance are not displayed, depending on how the risk is viewed.
There are two ways to view risks:
- View a risk through the risk profile. This view displays issues that are directly associated to the risk.
- View a risk through an assessment. This view displays issues that are indirectly associated with the risk in the context of the assessment
The Risk page should display all issues associated with the risk, regardless of how the risk is viewed.
