Problem Note 37201: The error message "System cannot create required graphics" displays when you attempt to view reports in a thin client
When you attempt to view reports in a thin client, the following error message displays:
System cannot create required graphics.
The problem occurs because SAS® Warranty Analysis is unable to read the graph data correctly for each user.
As a possible workaround, you can log out of the SAS® Information Delivery Portal and then log back in to it.
Logging out and then back in to the portal might correct the issue that causes the
problems with the graph data.
