In the Analysis Options dialog box, you should be able to specify a custom title, subtitle, or footnote. However, the option that enables you to do so is not available. This can happen when automatic caching is enabled. When caching is active, the analysis options are not correctly processed to enable you to specify custom text. The cache reuses the same data structures that exist in memory to define analysis options instead of reading from disk every time.

The only workaround is to disable caching.
