Problem Note 37030: SAS® Regular Price Optimization and Oracle might produce an error when making changes to competitive rules

When you use SAS Regular Price Optimization with Oracle to select a plan member and then select Override Rules►Competitive Price Rules or Override Rules►Future Competitive Price to make changes to the appropriate competitive rules, you may receive the following error after you click OK and then Save plan:
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into
("DI_DM"."RPO_PLAN_MBR_COMP_RULE_OVRD"."RPO_MBR_RULE_OVRD_SK")
