Problem Note 37017: A null pointer exception occurs when you try to approve and save a price change

In SAS® Regular Price Optimization, you might receive an error window with the following message when you are trying to approve and save price changes:
The following error occurred java.lang.NullPointerException.
This error is caused by a data issue. To correct the data issue, ensure that brand (column BRAND_NM) is populated for all selected products in the PRODUCT_DM table. It is strongly recommended that you populate brand in order for other solution functionality to work properly however the solution should handle the data condition more gracefully.
