When using SAS® OpRisk Monitor and reviewing risk scores in the risk profile, the scores might be blank, even though risks were correctly processed through an assessment.
The problem occurs if all three of these conditions are true:
You can see correct (non–blank) scores in the Recent Assessments table inside the risk instance, or in the answers for reporting.
