Problem Note 37006: Assessment scores are blank in the risk profile

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

When using SAS® OpRisk Monitor and reviewing risk scores in the risk profile, the scores might be blank, even though risks were correctly processed through an assessment.

The problem occurs if all three of these conditions are true:

  1. You created more than one risk during the assessment stage, or you edited more than one risk during the assessment stage (the problem does not occur if you create risks during planning and scoping stages).
  2. You assigned more than one of the new risks to the same assessor.
  3. The new risks have the same risk event type.

You can see correct (non–blank) scores in the Recent Assessments table inside the risk instance, or in the answers for reporting.
