Usage Note 37558: Microsoft Excel file opened from SAS® Information Delivery Portal might not display properly the second time it is opened
An Excel file opened from the SAS Information Delivery Portal might open incorrectly the second time that it is opened in a browser session. This problem only occurs if Excel is configured to open within the browser window. This issue has only been seen when using Internet Explorer 7 and higher. To workaround this issue, configure Excel to open outside of the browser window, as documented in the following Microsoft knowledge base article
