Usage Note 37486: User is not authorized to access stored process. com.sas.services.storedprocess.ExecutionException: A connection could not be obtained.
One or more of the following errors might be received when executing a SAS® Stored Process from one of the SAS® Business Intelligence Web clients such as the SAS® Information Delivery Portal or SAS® Stored Process Web Application:
Stored Process Error
Unable to execute stored process.
User is not authorized to access stored process.
com.sas.services.storedprocess.ExecutionException: A connection
could not be obtained.
OR:
Caused by: com.sas.services.connection.LoginException: cxp.003.ex.msg: All
identities for the authentication domain "XXXXXAuth" contained in the user
context provided for user "User Name" either could not be authenticated
or were not authorized to use the connection factory. The factory does not
support any other authentication domains so the user cannot be authorized
to use the connection factory.
OR:
Caused by: com.sas.services.connection.LoginException: cxp.002.ex.msg: The
connection factory requires an identity for the authentication domain
"XXXXXAuth", but the user context provided for user "User Name" does not
have any identities for that domain. Therefore, the user cannot be authorized
to use the connection factory.
OR:
Caused by: com.sas.services.connection.LoginException: cxp.000.ex.msg: The
connection factory requires an identity for the authentication domain
"XXXXXAuth". The provided user context is only partially initialized, and
it does not have any identities for that domain. Therefore, the user cannot
be authorized to use the connection factory.
OR:
Caused by: com.sas.services.connection.InvalidCredentialsException:
Access Denied.
OR:
Caused by: org.omg.CORBA.NO_PERMISSION: Access Denied. vmcid: 0x0
minor code: 4 completed: No
One possible cause for these errors is if the connecting user identity does not have a valid login for the application server authentication domain or is not a member of a group that has a valid login for the application server authentication domain. In order to successfully execute SAS Stored Processes, you must ensure that the end user has a valid login defined in metadata for the authentication domain of the application server (Workspace server or SAS® Stored Process Server) or must be a member of a group that has a valid login defined for the application server authentication domain.
