Problem Note 37357: A job stops executing, but remains active in the queue when you start the SFB_HMDA_JOB_DRIVER and SFB_CRA_JOB_DRIVER macros
The SFB_HMDA_JOB_DRIVER and SFB_CRA_JOB_DRIVER macros require a SUB_YEAR parameter
when you submit a job. If you do not supply the parameter when you call either of these macros, the job stops, but it remains in
the job queue as an active job.
You are unable to execute that job until you remove the job from the queue.
There is no tool available to clean up the queue.
As a workaround, you can manually delete the record for the job from the Cntl.Job_Queue data set and restart the macro with the SUB_YEAR parameter included.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
The SFB_HMDA_JOB_DRIVER and SFB_CRA_JOB_DRIVER macros require a SUB_YEAR parameter when you submit a job to run. If you do not pass this parameter to the macro, the job remains in the running state indefinitely. You cannot execute that job until you delete the record in the job queue table.
