After applying the second maintenance release for SAS 9.2 (TS2M2) to an existing installation, files that are included in the following hot fixes are not replaced:

A01020 applied to Base^® SAS 9.21
A01024 applied to Base^® SAS 9.21
A01028 applied to Base^® SAS 9.21
A31001 applied to SAS^® Data Quality Server 9.21
A34001 applied to SAS/QC^® 9.21
A44001 applied to SAS^® Integration Technologies 9.21 client

Versions of these hot fixes that are compatible with the second maintenance release for SAS 9.2 (TS2M2) must be installed after applying maintenance. The following table lists these versions and their avaiability:

To determine if it is necessary to reinstall hot fixes after applying maintenance, perform the following steps:

1. Run the View Registry tool as described in SAS Note 35968 "Finding out which product releases and hot fixes are installed on your system."
2. Review the report and see if any of the hot fixes that are listed are applied to your system.
3. Install the new hot fixes for these products as they become available (through this SAS Note).
