Problem Note 37241: CATCH statements in SCL programs might result in an error
The CATCH statement used in SCL to capture exceptions thrown by an application might cause one of the following two error messages to be displayed:
pscblnk: Label not in scope
Either error might cause the application to enter an invalid state and subsequently terminate.
