Problem Note 37188: The SASĀ® Warranty Analysis thin client fails when you use multiple managed servers
The SAS Warranty Analysis thin client fails in a multiple managed-server environment.
The failure occurs because relative paths are used for accessing images, running JavaScript, rendering PDF files, and initiating launch actions.
However, you must use full paths for proper operation in an environment with multiple servers.
The SAS Warranty Analysis portlets initially show the following message:
Please wait. The system is retrieving the requested information.
The only workaround is to deploy SAS Warranty Analysis on the middle tier
on a single server.
Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
