Problem Note 37164: SAS® Clinical Standards Toolkit 1.2 - Error can occur if you run the macro %CSTUTIL_ALLOCATESASREFERENCES more than once for same session
If you attempt to run the SAS Clinical Standards Toolkit macro %CSTUTIL_ALLOCATESASREFERENCES more than once in the same SAS session with the global macro variable CSTREALLOCATESASREFS set to 1 (attempt reallocation),
errors similar to the following might be written to the SAS Log:
ERROR: Unable to clear or re-assign the library CSTFMT because it is still in use.
ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.
This causes no problems for subsequent tasks if the library identified does not change between tasks. If the library location is different, you should begin a new SAS session.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue. This has been fixed in the CST 1.3 release; no hot fix will be required with CST 1.3.
