Usage Note 37039: An is not locked message appears when you try to load financial impacts
When using the SAS® OpRisk Monitor dataload feature, you might get the following result message when using the FinancialImpacts loader:
XXXX is not locked
XXXX is the text specified in the impact short description.
To solve this problem, make sure that the value of the data column financialimpact.referenceNo corresponds to the value of the data column financialimpactID for the data that you are trying to load.
For example, if the impact short description is "Loss occurred because of snow", then your result message will be:
Loss occurred because of snow is not locked
