Problem Note 36976: Encryption run time execution error occurs and SAS® Metadata Server no longer accepts new connection requests
If you have configured your SAS® Metadata Server to use SAS/SECURETM software, your server might suddenly refuse to accept new connections from client applications and write this error in the SAS Metadata Server log file:
Encryption run–time execution error
This problem occurs because the SAS Metadata Server is failing to release memory properly.
To circumvent the problem, restart the SAS Metadata Server process.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
When a SAS® Metadata Server configured to use SAS/SECURE(TM) remains active for a long period of time, it may suddenly begin to issue an encryption run time execution error and refuse to accept any new connections.
