If you have configured your SAS^® Metadata Server to use SAS/SECURE^TM software, your server might suddenly refuse to accept new connections from client applications and write this error in the SAS Metadata Server log file:

This problem occurs because the SAS Metadata Server is failing to release memory properly.

To circumvent the problem, restart the SAS Metadata Server process.
