Problem Note 36963: SAS® Markdown Optimization plan import erroneously requires associated ACTIVE_PLAN_NM value in STG_MDO_IMPORT_PLAN table.

When you populate the SAS Markdown Optimization staging table for plan import (STG_MDO_IMPORT_PLAN), you are erroneously required to populate the ACTIVE_PLAN_NM column for active plan actions. The ACTIVE_PLAN_NM column should only be populated to enable an alternative (inactive) plan to reference its associated active plan for alternative (inactive) plan actions.
