Problem Note 36923: An exception error might occur when attempting to open the Community Development tab in SAS® Fair Banking

When you click the Community Development tab in SAS Fair Banking, the tab does not open and the following error message is displayed:
java.lang.NullPointerException
at
java.lang.String$CaseInsensitiveComparator.compare(Unknown)This message is returned if you do not have a display name set in SAS® Management Console.
The other tabs in SAS Fair Banking are not affected by this issue; you can open any of the tabs except the Community Development tab.
To work around this issue, go into SAS Management Console and set a display name.
