Problem Note 36872: The rating-template ID disappears from the rating template page and prevents you from creating a rating template
In the SAS® OpRisk Monitor Create Rating Template page, if you create a Rating Template and try to add Rating Groups to the rating template, the rating template ID disappears from the page. As a result, the Web application is unable to properly create a rating template.
The problem occurs if the file configdata.properties contains the following setting:
monitor.isUserDefinedIDAllowed=false
To work around the problem, use this setting instead:
monitor.isUserDefinedIDAllowed=true
