Problem Note 36814: SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office might cause Microsoft Excel to crash after performing a show detail request against a SAS® OLAP cube

When using the SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office to access a SAS OLAP cube in Microsoft Excel 2007, Excel might terminate with an error after you perform a show detail or drill-through to detail request. As an alternative, use the Data ribbon to access your OLAP cube. This approach uses Microsoft Query to connect to the SAS® OLAP Server using the appropriate SAS OLAP Server provider.
