Usage Note 36782: The grid monitoring server in SAS® Management Console fails to authenticate logins when LDAP authentication or Active Directory is configured

In SAS Management Console, the grid monitoring server fails to authenticate when the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) authentication or the Active Directory is configured. The following error message appears:
"javax.security.auth.login.LoginException: Your user name or password is invalid. Try again, or contact your system administrator"
To enable LDAP authentication, click the Downloads tab above to download the Platform Computing's Platform LSF Grid Management Service patch for this issue.
Ensure that you read the installation instructions that are included with the patch for additional configuration changes that are necessary to support LDAP.
