Problem Note 36615: Optimized count is cleared in communications and exports when campaigns are executed after applying the 51MA08 hot fix

After you apply Hot Fix 51MA08, if an optimized communication is executed in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio, then the wrong information is exported and updated in contact history.

This is because the optimized selections are cleared and the communication uses the unoptimized list of contacts.

There is no workaround for this problem.
