Problem Note 36508: An exception error occurs when using frozen or imported groupings in the Interactive Grouping Node

If you are using Frozen groupings or Imported groupings in the SAS® Enterprise Miner™ Interactive Grouping node, the node might return the following error message:

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
A problem has been encountered on the server
This problem occurs when all non–missing values of an ordinal variable or an interval variable are grouped into one group level. The following errors are displayed in the SAS log:
