Problem Note 36508: An exception error occurs when using frozen or imported groupings in the Interactive Grouping Node
If you are using Frozen groupings or Imported groupings in the SAS
® Enterprise Miner™ Interactive Grouping node, the node might return the following error message:
A problem has been encountered on the server
This problem occurs when all non–missing values of an ordinal variable or an interval variable are grouped into one group level. The following errors are displayed in the SAS log:
Error: exception.server.EMTOOL.RUNTIMEERROR,3000

fixed.
Using frozen or imported groupings with an ordinal or interval variable that has all non-missing values grouped into one group returns the error message "A Problem has been encountered on the Server". The SAS log displays Error: exception.server.EMTOOL.RUNTIMEERROR,3000
