Problem Note 36500: The Project Properties dialog box does not detect project ownership correctly in SAS® Forecast Studio
In the project properties dialog, the check box to enable sharing is disabled whenever the user logs in with a login ID that does not match the simplified identity used internally to detect ownership. As a result, that user is not an administrator for the project.
