Problem Note 36482: Incorrect results, based on prior counts, might be returned when you execute a campaign for a second or a subsequent time

When you execute a campaign for a second or a subsequent time (for example a recurring campaign), the counts that are returned are based upon the first run of the campaign. If the source data has been updated since the first run and the campaign has not been manually updated or modified in between that time, then the counts will be incorrect. This issue pertains to campaigns, not communications, and it was introduced in release 51MA05.
As a workaround, you should ensure that the campaign links to a diagram. Save the diagram, making sure that the counts are cleared (that is, the counts are ready to update). Also, be sure to check Use most current data when referenced by a link in the diagram properties. These actions force the system to update the counts for each run of the campaign. The link to diagram is meaningless to the campaign; it is just used to force the system to update the counts.
