Problem Note 36409: ERROR: "Unable to access the registration for metadata folder /path/"

If you try to create a cube in a client environment that has the session encoding set to a value other than W0, and you include a metadata path along with the cube name in the CUBE= option, you will receive the following error:
ERROR: Unable to access the registration for metadata folder /path/.
In this message, /path/ is the metadata path that is referenced in the CUBE= option.
