Problem Note 36406: Error "Have run out of response numbers - just generated number 1000(+)" occurs when trying to add a new Response node

While attempting to add one or more Response nodes via the Response tab of a communication, the following error message is returned:
Have run out of response numbers - just generated number 1000(+).
This error is returned when the number of requested response numbers exceeds the maximum number allowed.
Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
Call SAS Technical Support to discuss if a temporary immediate workaround might be possible.
