In SAS Web Report Studio, one of the ways to share a report is to publish it to a publication channel. SAS Web Report Studio enables you to specify a publication channel when you save, schedule, or distribute a report. If you publish your report to a publication channel, then authorized report consumers can access your report in the SAS® Information Delivery Portal in these three ways:

Tip: If you have already defined a publication channel, you can skip to the section "Save a report to the publication channel."
Typically, these tasks are performed by three different types of users: an administrator, a report author, and a report consumer. In this sample, the users perform these tasks.
