Problem Note 36329: Report viewers in SAS® Information Delivery Portal 4.2 have the ability to navigate to other reports

When SAS® Web Report Studio 4.2 is installed with SAS Information Delivery Portal 4.2, the ability to save changes to reports is controlled by a capability named Promote Web Report Viewer to Web Report Studio. Portal users who are not assigned this capability can view reports but cannot save changes or create new reports. In 3.1, report viewers also did not have the ability to navigate to other reports. In 4.2, report viewers can navigate to other reports using, for example, the Open dialog box. In 4.2, there is no way to prevent report viewers from navigating.
