In SAS® Size Profiling, new stores are not classified into store groups of data projects when the parallel option is set to 1 in the batch profiling job %SZPF_RUN_JOB.
When the parallel option is set to 1, the parallel option spawns multiple processes for a data project; one for each sizeset. The parent process should update the data project's status to 5 (sizesets approved) if all sizesets are approved successfuly, but it does not. Store synchronization classifies new stores to existing valid store groups. If the data project's status is not set to 5, then new stores will not be added to the store groups generated by the data project.
