If you create project input data within SAS Marketing Optimization that uses a constraints table, when you attempt to create a project from this data you will notice in the CONSTRAINT_OPERATOR column of this contraints table that the GE (Greater or Equal to) operator is missing.
This is a problem with the user interface only. The product still operates correctly and computations are correct.
