Problem Note 36273: Deadlock occurs when optimizing a min-max policy with certain periods between replenishments and demand forecast

A deadlock may occur when PROC MIRP calculates the optimal difference between the reorder level and the order-up-to level in a min-max policy. The deadlock occurs only for certain periods between replenishments and demand forecast.
There is no circumvention for this problem.
