Problem Note 36214: Segmentation violation error in masked text entry box
Typing text into a masked text entry box, such as a prompt for entering a password, can cause a
segmentation violation error in SAS® 9.1.3. The SAS session becomes unresponsive and must
be terminated.
This will happen if--and only if--hot fix E9BB73 has been applied.
To determine whether hot fix E9BB73 has been applied, review the contents of the file
   !SASROOT/install/admin/history.hotfix
where !SASROOT is the path to the SAS 9.1.3 installation directory.
