Usage Note 36949: Model is incomplete after upgrading to Simulation Studio 1.5
For the production release of Simulation Studio 1.5, the FIFO, LIFO, and Priority Queue blocks have been merged into a single Queue block. Therefore, models created with Simulation Studio 1.4 and earlier will not open properly in Simulation Studio 1.5.
An error simliar to the following is generated in the "Model loading error" dialog box, there is a hole where any FIFO, LIFO, or Priority Queue block formerly resided, and all connected arcs to the former queue blocks are deleted:
can't load block:
block 'basic:FIFO Queue:com.sas.analytics.simulation.block.des.queue.QueueFIFO.class'
does not exist
To circumvent this problem, follow the instructions in the attached ReadMe.txt file and download
the migration tool.
