Problem Note 36812: Position specified for totals and subtotals ignored in SAS® Enterprise Guide® when the locale is not English
If SAS Enterprise Guide is running in a locale other than English, it might generate the incorrect code for the List Report Wizard. Specifically, if you specify that totals and subtotals should be positioned after rows/observations, SAS Enterprise might instead place the totals and subtotals before the rows/observations.
