In SAS^® OpRisk Monitor, you can use the dataload feature to load loss workflow, but SAS OpRisk Monitor does not allow you to set the state of losses for the workflow to begin at a specific stage. By default, the loss workflow load will permit workflow to begin only at the first stage.
