Usage Note 36578: Cannot associate values in a crosstabulation table with a prompt in a target report if the prompt is for a category data item with a numeric data type
In SAS Web Report Studio, you cannot associate values in a crosstabulation table with a prompt in a target report if the prompt is for a category data item with a numeric data type. As a workaround, you can use the PUT function to convert the data item to use the character data type. For example, to convert the Age data item in the SASHELP.CLASS table, you might use the following expression:
