Problem Note 36551: Connections to a load balanced workspace server using Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) might not function properly
A problem with the count for the cost algorithm might occur when connecting to a load balanced cluster of standard workspace servers that are configured for Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA). In this case, the number of workspace servers allowed to run on the machine within the cluster is reduced by one for every client that is redirected to that machine.
The problem only occurs when the connection is made from a Windows client, such as SAS® Enterprise Guide® or SAS® Add–In for Microsoft Office.
