Problem Note 36501: Detection of project ownership fails
The internal value used to detect project ownership is stored incorrectly in the project XML file. Consequently, any action that causes the metadata to be re-created from the XML data, such as unarchiving and save as, will propagate an incorrect value into the project causing project ownership detection to fail.
