Problem Note 36464: The SAS General Servers group might have an extra, incorrect logon user ID after you migrate from SAS® 9.13 to SAS® 9.2

When you migrate from SAS® 9.1.3 to SAS 9.2, two logon user accounts (including one that is incorrect) might be created for the SAS General Servers group. When this occurs, you might receive the following error message during the migration process:
ERROR: A connection could not be opened to the server "SASMain".
Reason: Connection failed because of invalid credentials.
When you encounter this problem, open SAS® Management Console and follow these steps:
- Within the User Manager, right-click select SAS General Servers Group and select Properties to open the Properties dialog box..
- On the Accounts tab in the dialog box, check to see whether you have more than one logon account. If so, delete the account that is incorrect.
The logon account must be a valid account on the host machine where the stored-process server runs.
Note: The default logon user account for the SAS General Servers Group is sassrv.
- Re–enter the password for the remaining logon account to ensure that it is correct.

When migrating from SAS® 9.13 to SAS® 9.2, two login user accounts might be created for the SAS General Servers group. The following error message might occur:
"ERROR A connection could not be opened to the server 'SASMain'.
Reason: Connection failed because of invalid credentials."
