Problem Note 36353: Optimization fails when range constraints are present and sensitivity analysis is performed
An error similar to the following may occur during optimization when sensitivity analysis is preformed on a range constraint:
ERROR: The maximum primal infeasibility is 500, which
is much greater than the feasibility tolerance 1E-06.

There is no circumvention to this problem.
