Problem Note 36205: Basic and extended ISO informats and formats 9.2 functionality retrofitted back to 9.1.3
The E8601* and B8601* formats and informats, the $N8601* formats and informats for partial dates, and the IS8601_CONVERT call routine were introduced in SAS 9.2. These need to be available in SAS 9.1.3 so that systems spanning both releases can utilize these features.
