Installation Note 36030: A JUnit JAR file message might appear when installing SAS® Enterprise Miner™ 6.1 or the SAS® 9.2 Intelligence Platform
When you install and configure SAS Enterprise Miner 6.1, this message might appear
in the Instructions.html file under the Warnings and Notices section:
The location of the JUnit jar file was not specified for
Deployment Tester. Deployment Tester tests other products
that use JUnit for validation. Without JUnit these products
may operate properly, but you will not be able to validate
them using Deployment Tester.
The JUnit jar is available from the Third Party Software
Requirements Web page.
Place the JUnit jar in this location: C:\junit3.8.1\junit.jar.
This message appears for the following SAS Enterprise Miner products:
- SAS® Enterprise Miner™ Desktop
- Data Mining for the Classroom
- Enterprise Miner Server
- Enterprise Miner for Personal Workstation (Single-User)
This message appears because the Deployment Tester was selected
during the installation process, but JUnit and its location were not
provided.
This message might appear for other products that are installed with the
SAS Intelligence Platform.
In order to correct this issue, unconfigure the Deployment Tester
using the SAS Deployment Manager and go through the installation again
and only select the Deployment Tester product.
