Problem Note 35994: Incorrect Minimum and Maximum Price Change(%) Rule Violation Type Count might be displayed in the user interface

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

When using SAS® Regular Price Optimization, you might encounter an incorrect Minimum and Maximum Price Change (%) Rule Violation Type Count. Specifically, the issue can be reproduced if you follow this sequence of steps in the Plan Members section of the Regular Price Plan view:

  1. Manually set the Minimum Price Change (%) to 10.00 and the Maximum Price Change (%) to 20.00.
  2. Change a few values in the Price Change (%) column of the Plan Members section to 20.05 and 09.97.
  3. Select Check Price Rules. A zero value will display in the Plan Members section under the column named Rule Violation Type Count.

Because 20.05 and 9.97 are outside of the minimum and maximum values, a non-zero value should be displayed in the Rule Violation Type Count column.

Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
