Problem Note 35987: "Could not get entry from report repository" when a SAS® Web Report Studio folder name contains unsupported characters
If a report folder name contains unsupported characters, you might see an error message that is similar to the following when you attempt to save a report in that folder or open a report from that folder. In this example, the folder name includes a colon, which is an unsupported character.
An error occurred in processing the page request.
Could not get entry from report repository:
SBIP://METASERVER/Shared Data/Reports/Financials:
Fiscal Year 2009(Folder)(Reason : Not Found)
Invalid name: 'Financials: Fiscal Year 2009' contains
one or more of these illegal characters \ / * : ? " < >
To resolve this error, rename the folder so that it does note include any of the illegal characters listed in the error message.
